QuoIntelligence, a German provider of Unified Risk Intelligence that Marco Ricciardi founded in 2020, secured a Series A financing round of 7.3 million euros that lead investors Elevator Ventures (part of Raiffeisen Bank International) and BMH Beteiligungs-Managementgesellschaft Hessen (BMH) joined with eCAPITAL ENTREPRENEURIAL PARTNERS and Mercurius Private Equity (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The company will invest such proceeds in its go-to-market expansion and organic growth. Tobias Weissgerber is a senior investment manager of BMH. Magdalena Chalas is a senior investment manager of Elevator Ventures. Dirk Seewald is a managing partner of eCAPITAL ENTREPRENEURIAL PARTNERS.
Mnesys, invested a total of 2.499 million in four Italian medtech startups (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Mnesys is a vehicle that received 115 million from the National Resilience and Recovery Plan and received the support of BIO4dreams and PwC for allocating equity resources in PepTiDa (0.7 million), a firm born in 2024 that Tiziana Borsello heads; Caa2ad; Lactothera; and Keynon Lab.
Intesa Sanpaolo Banca dei Territori (Local Banks Network), an unit that Stefano Barrese heads, and Intesa Sanpaolo Innovation Center’s Neva signed a partnership with Vertis for supporting the startups based in the South of Italy (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Neva will pour resources in VV6-Vertis Venture 6 Digital Sud, a vehicle that will invest tickets of 0.5 – 5 million euros in Southern Italian startups operating in strategic sectors for the digital transition.
