Lucia Zaccardi (ceo) and cso Alessia Forzina founded Banyan Biotech in 2025. Ali Mobasheri and Francesco Pegreffi are part of the advisory board. Banyan will invest such proceeds in the development of its proprietary therapies. Alberto Craici is the founder and managing partner of Berrier Capital.
