TwentyCi appoints sales director for key brands

TwentyCi has appointed Nick Huntley as sales director for its estate agency and conveyancing brands, TwentyEA and TwentyConvey.
Huntley brings more than 20 years’ experience in proptech, fintech and SaaS, having previously held roles at companies including Rightmove, Zoopla, Rello and PEXA.
In his new role, he will be responsible for accelerating the growth of both brands as the business continues to expand its footprint across the property and legal sectors.
The company said Huntley will play a central role in strengthening TwentyEA’s and TwentyConvey’s commercial strategy and deepening relationships with its estate agents and conveyancer clients across the UK.
Huntley said: “I’m delighted to be joining at such an exciting time. I’m looking forward to using my background to help drive the continued growth of both TwentyEA and TwentyConvey.”

Simplify welcomes new key account director

Simplify has appointed Samantha Tickell as key account director as the conveyancing and property services group looks to strengthen support for introducer partners.
Tickell joins from Simply Conveyancing, where she served as associate director and head of account management.

Strutt & Parker hires four senior figures to strengthen rural team

Strutt & Parker has appointed four senior specialists to its rural team as part of a wider growth strategy backed by ongoing investment in the business.
Ian Ashbridge, Alice Rawdon-Mogg, Mark Stephenson and Alastair Deighton have all joined in recent weeks, taking up roles across the firm’s Cambridge, Perth, Exeter and Lewes offices.
Ashbridge joins as a director in Cambridge. He previously spent more than 13 years at Bidwells, where he led its agriculture and environment team, before moving into an estates and farm manager role on a private Cambridgeshire estate.
Rawdon-Mogg has been appointed director in Perth after more than a decade with Savills in Salisbury. Her experience includes managing a private Dorset estate and overseeing rural portfolios for institutional landowners, alongside delivering diversification and environmental projects.
Deighton joins the Lewes office as a senior associate director, following a 20-year career managing estates for private and institutional clients. His experience spans development projects as well as initiatives to diversify income streams across rural assets.
Stephenson, a chartered minerals and environmental surveyor, joins as a director based in Exeter with a national remit. He brings more than 30 years’ experience in the minerals and environmental sectors, including work on valuations, site management and brownfield remediation.
