Bain Capital and Swiss Stoneweg Group invested 200 million euros for acquiring a portfolio of six grade A assets that are applying for a LEED Gold certification with an aggregate GLA of 225000 sqms from Valtidone Logistic Development (VLD) (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The targets are in in Florence (45000 sqms); Rome (150000 sqms – delivery between 2026 and 2028); Bologna (33000 sqms – delivery by 1Q27). DILS, Colliers, Linklaters, and CBRE advised the buyers. Rafael Coste Campos is a partner of Bain Capital. Joaquin Castellvi is the head of strategic investments of Stoneweg.
Yeldo, a provider of fundraising services for institutional real estate deals that Antonio Borgonovo founded, aims to attract 15 million euros (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The firm may issue a 10 million 3 tranches senior secured bond with quarterly coupons and an institutional security package for financing the development of a high-end residential project in Ibiza, Spain. The construction of two luxury villas will start in 1H25 for a delivery in June 2026. Taurus Asset Management, a joint venture of Gruppo Testi and Gruppo Krios – Carlo Ziller, is the sponsor of the project. Professional investors may pay tickets of at least 0.1 million. Yeldo will pour 5 million in preferred equity for the development of four villas in in Portugal’s Cascais that Foster + Partners designed. Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira & Associados, Sociedade de Advogados, SP, RL assisted Prime, the sponsor for the project that has a tenure of 3 and a half years. Dwf advised Yeldo. Professional investors may pay tickets of at least 0.1 million. Lorenzo Belloni is the chief investment officer of Yeldo Group.
Hospitality Italian Infrastructure Platform (HIIP), a Sicaf that Castello launched in February 2025, acquired a leisure asset which stands directly on the shores of Lake Como, in Pognana Lario (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The buyer will renovate the building and carry on a stron branding strategy in partnership with an international hotel manager. Giampiero Schiavo is the ceo and coo of Castello. HIIP aims to invest 500 million euros for acquiring Italian touristic assets in the next three years asset.
Sereni Orizzonti, a company of Massimo Blasoni, acquired Nord Care, the owner of three elderly care homes in Friuli-Venezia Giulia and three in Sardinia, from Codess for 30 million euros (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Federica Cicognini will head the target. Sereni Orizzonti’s majority owner Massimo Blasoni previously said to BeBeez that the company is keen on acquisitions and set a 200 million target for investments in the next five years. Sereni Orizzonti has sales of 203.2 million, an ebitda of 29.3 million, a net financial debt of 67.1 million, and equity of 81.8 million.
Italian project & construction management player SFRE (Services For Real Estate), a player that Filippo Salis created in 2016, will deliver in 3Q26 Malpensa Distripark a 40000 logistic pole in Varese area (see here a previous post by BeBeez). WCG-World Capital Group will act as broker. Malpensa Distripark belongs to Milan-listed FNM. Umberto Ruggerone is the coo of Malpensa Intermodale, another subsidiary of FNM.
