Orion Capital Managers sold luxury hotel Six Senses Roma to Gruppo Statuto (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Coldwell Banker Commercial acted as advisor for this 245 million euros worth transaction. Six Senses Roma has a LEED Gold Certification.
Obton Italy, an investor in photovoltaic plants that Arrow Global manages through Sagitta and that Denmark’s Obton subscribed, became compliant with Article 8 of Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (Art. 8 SFDR) (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Obton Italy is multi-compartment closed end a real estate fund that manages 94 photovoltaic plants with a total power of 80 MW.
Garbe Industrial Real Estate appointed Mariangela Conte as Head of Asset Management Italy (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The director will report to Country Head Marco Grassidonio and will manage Garbe’s Italian portfolio and carry on investment and development activities. Conte previously worked as Head of Asset Management for Cromwell Property Group Italy, Prelios, Dea Capital, and Triuva-Patrizia.
In 3Q23 the value of court auctions for real estate assets amounted to 18 billion euros and dropped by 20% from 3Q22 (24 billion), said a report of Abilio, a subsidiary of Milan-listed illimity, PWC Italia, and Europa Investimenti (part of Arrow Global) (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Such figures are close to those that Cherry Brick reported for 3Q23. The fintech that Giovanni Bossi co-founded said that in 3Q23 the auctions dropped by 21% yoy (see here a previous post by BeBeez).
