Vilnius-based AI marketing startup Holo has raised $5 million in a seed round led by Market One Capital, with participation from Silicon Gardens, FIRSTPICK, NGL Ventures, Tekton Ventures, Leonis Capital and angel investors. Holo provides an AI-powered marketing platform that generates advertising creatives, social media content, emails and SEO materials from a business’s website, targeting entrepreneurs and small businesses without dedicated marketing teams. The company plans to use the funding to develop its next phase focused on distribution, expanding beyond content creation to help businesses get their marketing in front of potential customers.
Holo aims to reduce the time and resources small businesses need to manage their marketing. Users can provide their website to generate a range of marketing materials, including digital advertisements, social media posts, email campaigns and search engine optimisation content.
The startup says it has attracted more than 20,000 paying customers across over 100 countries. According to lead investor Market One Capital, Holo reached $5 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR) within 252 days, having raised less than €1 million before the latest round.
Holo’s next stage of development will focus on distribution, addressing the challenge of getting marketing content in front of relevant audiences after it has been created. The company has not disclosed detailed plans for the new distribution offering.
The seed round was led by Market One Capital, a venture capital firm investing in technology startups, alongside Lithuania’s Silicon Gardens and FIRSTPICK, as well as NGL Ventures, Tekton Ventures, Leonis Capital and angel investors.
The investors see an opportunity to serve small businesses and independent founders that lack the resources to build in-house marketing teams. While generative AI has made content production more accessible, customer acquisition and distribution remain challenges for smaller companies.
Holo plans to use the new capital to advance its product and pursue its broader distribution strategy as it seeks to grow its international customer base.
