Nuveen Real Estate aims to invest 100 million euros for acquiring three logistic assets in Milan area from Kryalos that will keep the management of the buildings (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Colliers acted as deal advisor. Nuveen Real Estate retained Savills. One of the assets is close to receiv the BREEAM Very Good certification. Thorsten Kiel is Nuveen’s Europe Head of Industrial and Logistics, Real Estate.
Foruminvest Italia, a subsidiary of Dutch Foruminvest, signed a partnership with TRIBE, the lifestyle brand of Accor, for the new four-star hotel that is developing in Milano Linate airport area on an above 11000 sqms land that acquired from car dealer Ambrostore (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The hotel may open in 1Q28 and Amapa Group will manage it. Foruminvest retained Fortvny, SOLVING, Ashurst Perkins Coie, Gruppo BD, RIZOMA Architetture, and Gruppo BRB as contractor. The development will follow the nZEB (nearly Zero Energy Building) standards with the aim of getting a LEED Gold certification. Ezio Romani is the ceo of Amapa Group. Giacomo Silvestri is the general manager of Foruminvest Italia.
Banca d’Italia lifted the operational suspension for Recrowd, the Italian property lending crowdfunding platform that on 31 July 2025 received a ban from providing loan intermediation services (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The company can therefore resume full operations and will gradually start again to share new projects. The company raised a total of 5.32 million euros through two capital increases in October 2025 and August 2026. Andrea Clamer will act as ceo, Giorgio Bruno as chairman, Elena Perriello as head of operations, Gianluca De Simone and Simone Putignano as directors. alla guida delle operations. Hyperion Investor, a vehicle that Bruno, Emanuele Grippo, Emiliano Di Bartolo, and Antonio Ferrara founded, will have 49.5% of Recrowd. The company also belongs to Mare e Monti (13.42%), a firm of Clamer, Massimiliano Ingrosso and Stefano Platini, FMA16 (Miriam Fiordellisi and Andrea Fiordellisi – 11.64%), Growth Capital (3.08%), Gianluca de Simone (former ceo – 9.58%).
Walliance signed a partnership with Joivy for expanding its activity to Direct Investments, ceo Giacomo Bertoldi said (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Walliance will advert selected properties of Joivy Invest that will manage the lease contracts.
Bizzi & Partners, a real estate developer that Davide Bizzi heads, and two undisclosed investors carried on a securitization for acquiring a building in Milan’s Corso Magenta (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The buyers will finance the deal through the acquisition of partly paid junior asset backed notes and with a senior mortgage that an undisclosed Italian bank provided while acting as senior mortgage as arranger, account bank and facility agent. Banca Finint acted as arranger, servicer, account bank, corporate servicer, calculation agent and representative of the security holders, whilst the bank that provided. Bizzi & Partners Development will be the asset manager. DLA Piper is the securitization drafting counsel. K&L Gates assisted the mortgage provider.
