On 31 July, Friday, Mundys (fka Atlantia), an asset of Edizione (Benetton Family), Blackstone Infrastructure Partners and Fondazione CRT, attracted a sustainability-linked term loan of 600 million euros with an amortizing profile and maturity in July 2033 from BNL, BNP Paribas, Cassa depositi e prestiti, Crédit Agricole CIB, Intesa Sanpaolo, and UniCredit (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Mundys retained A&O Shearman and will invest such proceeds in its planned investments while Legance assisted the lenders. Retina, a biomethane producer, attracted a project financing facility of 355 million euros from ING Bank, Société Générale and UniCredit while SACE provided a warranty (see here a previous post by BeBeez). L&B Partners assisted Retina that will invest such proceeds in the development of plants.
Farmagorà Holding, a drugstores network of Francesco Carantani, Marco Premoli and Milan-listed Italmobiliare, issued a bond of 18 million euros in support of M&A deals (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Banca Finint, an undisclosed Italian family office and Tyche Bank. Farmagorà retained Gianni & Origoni, ADVANT Nctm advised the investors. Milan-listed RT&L attracted a 10 million euros direct lending facility with a 6,5-year tenure from Anthilia Capital Partners in support of the acquisition of LandS (see here a previous post by BeBeez). MG LAW advised RT&L. Anthilia retained L&B Partners Avvocati Associati and ARTHA Corporate Finance Advisory while Ugo Bechini and Martina Bastianutti acted as public notary. Roberto Bizzarri is the ceo of RT&L. Barbara Ellero, partner, is Anthilia head of Private Capital.
Milan-listed TradeLab issued a 2 million euros minibond that attracted a one million investment of Banca Valsabbina (see here a previous post by BeBeez). TradeLab retained CDI Global while BTLaws acted as deal advisor. Massimo Viganò is the ceo fo TradeLab. Hermes Bianchetti is the deputy coo of Banca Valsabbina. Italian food company Andriani B-Corp, an asset that belongs to Francesco Andriani and Michele Andriani (75.8%) and NUO (24.2%; a joint venture of Exor and WWICL – The World Wide Investment Company Limited), attracted a 55 million euros financing facility from Crédit Agricole Italia and Cassa Depositi e Prestiti while SACE provided a warranty (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The company will invest such proceeds in the construction of a plant for the production of gluten free pasta in Canada. NeMeA Sistemi issued a one million euros minibond that UniCredit subscribed (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The company will invest such proceeds in its organic growth and R&D. NeMeA belongs to ceo Michele Pasquale Boella (78.5%), Elisa Franchi (9.76%), Giuseppe Uras (9.76%), and Giuseppe Gastaudo (1,98%). Paola Garibotti is UniCredit’s Regional Manager for the North-West of Italy.
