Fine & Country has expanded its coverage in Greater Manchester and Cheshire with the launch of a new licence covering Stockport and Saddleworth.

The operation will be led by James Diggins, who has worked in the property sector since 2001 and established his own estate agency business in 2016.

Diggins specialises in the sale of residential properties across Lancashire and Greater Manchester and will oversee Fine & Country’s activities in the new territory.

The business includes an in-house sales progression team and provides services including professional photography, video marketing, drone footage and social media promotion.

The launch forms part of Fine & Country’s continued expansion of its regional network across the UK.

Diggins said: “It has been my intention for many years. I particularly feel aligned to the way in which Fine & Country represents itself as I’m a client-first kind of person and know that the reputation the brand has built over the last 25 years is that of excellence. Having already met many other licensees at the Conference, Awards Ceremony, and the Academy Day, it’s nice to collaborate with other like-minded individuals who have the same goals.”

Diggins adds that the launch comes at the right time as his core business marks its tenth anniversary this year.

He continued: “I have a driven and dedicated team focusing on business growth and development. I feel now is the right time to grow in the upper quartile property arena and build a premium brand business from within. In a world of digital media, influencers and media personalities, it is quite remarkable how much marketing technology has evolved over recent years. I feel it is time to put my drive and passion into launching and developing Fine & Country Stockport and Saddleworth.”

“Our goal is to raise our company profile by clear marketing strategies and our client-first approach and for Fine & Country Stockport and Saddleworth to become a market leader within the upper quartile of the market within our region. Combining our local expertise with the international reach of Fine & Country will elevate our business and will help us connect beautiful homes with discerning buyers on a global scale.

“Fine & Country benefits our clients by combining high-quality, bespoke marketing with access to a far wider audience than traditional agents. Each property is presented with a tailored strategy, ensuring it stands out and attracts the right buyers.”

Nicky Stevenson, managing director of Fine & Country, added: “We are delighted to welcome James to the Fine & Country network. His experience, passion for the industry and commitment to putting clients first make him a fantastic fit for the brand. Combined with his local knowledge and ambitious plans for the business, we are excited to support the growth of Fine & Country Stockport and Saddleworth and see the brand develop across the region.”
