AI-based Lexroom secured a Series B round of 50 million US Dollars from lead investor Left Lane Capital, Base10 Partners, Acurio Ventures, Entourage, Eurazeo, and View Different (Diego Piacentini) (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The company will invest such resources in its proprietary technology and expansion in Spain, Germany and other European civil law countries. In 2025 Lexroom attracted 18 million for a Series A that Base10 Partners led for a total of 73 million since Martina Domenicali, Andrea Lonza and Paolo Fois (ceo) founded the business in 2023. Paddy Dillon is the VP of Left Lane Capital. In 2025, Lexroom raised 2 million from Belgium’s Entourage, a fund that Pieterjan Bouten launched, Verve Ventures, Banyan Ventures, Joe Zadeh, X-Equity – FNDX (Azimut and Gellify), and Vento Ventures – Exor. In 2024, the startup attracted pre-seed resources of 0.5 million from Vento Ventures, X-Equity, Joe Zadeh, Aoife McCardle, Raffaele Vitale, Francesco Zaccariello, Francesco Signorato, Di Terlizzi Law Firm, Matteo Frigerio, Jacopo Liguori, Luca Furfaro, and the family office CFO. Invertix, a German – Italian developer of AI workers for renewable energies operations that Joseph Perrotta and Kaan Durmaz founded in 2026, raised pre-seed resources of 1.7 million euros from Vireo Ventures (leading), Italian Founders Fund and further angel investors (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The company will invest such resources in its proprietary technology, organic growth and European expansion. Felix Krause is a managing partner of Vireo Ventures. Irene Mingozzi is a partner of Italian Founders Fund.
K-Sport World, a firm for monitoring athletes’ performance, attracted the anchor investment of Former Swedish international footballer Zlatan Ibrahimović that will also act as global ambassador (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The company will invest such resources for its expansion in Europe, USA and Asia. Mirko Marcolini (40% owner) founded K-Sport in 2008. Further shareholders of the company are Alberto Guidotti (ceo and chaiman) and Rialto Venture Capital – AVM which poured 5 million euros in 2024. Simone Brunozzi and Alessandro Profumo are further directors of K-Sport which will launch a further fundraising round and an equity crowdfunding campaign in 2Q26.
Faro Innovation Global, part of Faro Alternative Investments SCSp SICAV-RAIF, attracted commitments of above 50 million euros and poured resources in US venture funds and high growth tech companies (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Stiven Muccioli is the head of SM Capital is the investment advisor of Faro, a vehicle that Crestbridge Management Company handles. Faro Innovation Global already invested in Harmonic Growth Partners, Blank Ventures, SignalRank, and Narya Capital. Orienta Capital Partners founders Augusto Balestra, Sergio Serra, Mario Gardini, and Giancarlo Galeone created Faro.
