eXp UK listed almost 7,500 properties in Q1 2026, according to data from TwentyEA, making it the highest for new instructions among UK agency brands in the first three months of the year.
The data shows the company has increased its annual listings volume consistently over the past five years, with 23,061 listings recorded in 2025, equivalent to a quarterly average of 5,765.
In Q1 2026, eXp UK recorded 7,494 new instructions, alongside 3,696 exchanges, compared with a 2025 quarterly average of 3,494.
The average time from instruction to completion so far this year is 171 days, compared with 194 days for traditional agents and 189 days for online agents, based on the same dataset.
Head of eXp UK, Adam Day, commented: “Our ambition this year is to help 30,000 homeowners start their moving journey, and the fact that we are already on track to achieve that goal highlights the strength of our model.
“What is particularly important is that this growth is not coming at the expense of performance. When you compare our selling times to both traditional and online agents, it is clear that our model delivers real efficiency as well as scale.
“As more agents recognise the benefits of a flexible, self-employed structure supported by industry leading technology and training, we expect this momentum to continue building throughout the year.”
