Depthfirst, a San Francisco-headquartered AI-based cybersecurity startup that Daniele Perito, Qasim Mithani and Andrea Michi created in 2025, attracted a financing 80 million US Dollars from Meritech Capital (lead investor), Forerunner Ventures, The House Fund, Accel, Box Group, Liquid 2 Ventures, Alt Capital, and Mantis VC (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Depthfirst will invest such proceeds in its proprietary technology and organic growth. The company raised a total of 120 million since its foundation.
ZNext, the 60 million euros corporate venture of Zanichelli Editore that Elena Lavezzi heads, invested 5.1 million for acquiring the stakes of Primo Capital and Prana Ventures in Factanza Media, a company that Bianca Arrighini and Livia Viganò founded (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Neoh, an Austrian agrifoodtech born in 2016, attracted the resources of Linfa (a vehicle of Riello), Rewe Ventures, Zintinus Fund & Co. KG, and FJH Group (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The company raised little below 10 million euros since its foundation. Marco Gaiani is a partner of Linfa-Riello which retained LCA, Schoenherr Attorneys at Law and LTA Studio. Milan-listed venture builder Cube Labs, a firm that ceo Filippo Surace heads, cashed from an undisclosed institutional investor a 0.528 million euros tranche of the 5 million capital increase that launched in June 2024 (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Surace poured 0.02 million in the capital increase.
