Former Stirling Ackroyd area partner Seth Branum joins Moveli

Seth Branum

Experienced central London estate agent Seth Branum has joined Moveli as a broker, bringing more than 15 years of experience in the capital’s property market.

Branum spent over a decade at Stirling Ackroyd, where he held several senior positions including Sales Director, Executive Sales Director and most recently Area Partner. During that time he worked across a number of key central London markets, including Shoreditch, Clerkenwell, Canary Wharf, Nine Elms and the West End.

Moveli’s co-founder Ben Littlewood said: “Moveli is continuing to build real momentum across London and the South East, and attracting experienced professionals like Seth reflects the strength of our model. His depth of experience in the Central London market makes him a fantastic addition to the network.”

Long-serving sales manager to leave Tylers following takeover

Marcus Stamp, sales manager at Tylers in Histon, is set to leave the company after nearly 30 years, following the takeover of the estate agency by Connells Group.

Connells Group acquired Tylers Property Partnership, a four-branch estate agency in Cambridgeshire, in September last year. Tylers has locations in Cambridge, Histon, Newmarket, and Willingham. The deal included the transfer of all 14 staff members, around 120 sales pipeline units, and 300 managed properties.

After the acquisition, Tylers employees were informed they would have access to Connells Group’s wider network, marketing tools, and training programmes while continuing to operate under the established local brand.

Despite these opportunities, Stamp will now be leaving the business, marking the end of a long tenure with the agency.

He told HI HUB: “My clients have always been important to me, and I have enjoyed lots of repeat business and made many good friends throughout the village, which has extended to lots of time together outside of work.

“My time has come to take a new direction with work. Selling houses has changed and I have enjoyed seeing the business grow and I’m proud of where I leave it. I’ll very much miss all my brilliant current and past clients in and around Histon.”
