Investire, a real estate player that belonfs to Banca Finnat and Partners Group, received a 140 million euros financing facility from BNP Paribas and Natixis CIB (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The firm will invest such resources in consolidating its portforlio in the Private Rented Sector (PRS). Alessandro Polenta is a managing director of Investire. Marco Denari is the Partners Group head of Real Estate Southern Europe, Private Real Estate Europe.
Ardian signed an agreement for acquiring the majority of Casaforte Self Storage from Cesare Carcano and his family (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Ardian retained Mediobanca (M&A and Debt Advisory), Chiomenti (Legal & Tax), Deloitte (Financial Due Diligence), Ryze (Technical). Ethica Group (M&A), and Advant NCTM (Legal) assisted Casaforte. Rodolfo Petrosino is Ardian’s head of Real Estate Southern Europe & senior managing director while Matteo Minardi is the head of Real Estate Italy & managing director. Shi Holding (Sustainable Hydrogen Innovation), a company of ceo Francesco Angeloro, sold to Reden Echo, part of Frenche Reden, a portfolio of Bess assets with a total power of 250 MW (see here a previous post by BeBeez). In 2022, Macquarie Asset Management acquired Reden (fka Reden Solar) from InfraVia Capital Partners and Eurazeo for 2.5 billion euros. Green Horse Financial acted as deal advisor. Reden Echo retained DLA Piper. Pierluigi Vecchia is the head of project development for Reden Solar Italy while Rémi Biron heads the global Energy Storage unit.
