Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Celero Capital and its portfolio company Sporty Bidco AS (Sporty Bidco) on the issuance by Sporty Bidco of up to NOK 1.5 billion senior secured floating rate bonds due 2030 related to its acquisition of Sporty Group AS (Sporty Group).
White & Case also advised on the establishment by Sporty Bidco of a super senior revolving credit and capex facilities agreement, as well as the related intercreditor arrangements.
Sporty Group is one of the leading providers of fitness and training services in Norway, with more than 90 fitness centers, in excess of 1,300 employees and approximately 130,000 members.
The White & Case team in Stockholm which advised on the transaction was led by partners Oscar Liljeson and Michael Bark-Jones and included associates Max Axelsson, Carl Runesson, Emelie Söderman and Vilhelm Oxhammar.
