Propertymark has announced that it is co-hosting the All-Wales Agent Forum, set to take place virtually on Wednesday, 19 November 2025 at 2pm.
Open to all property agents across Wales, the forum provides an opportunity to hear directly from key stakeholders and take part in essential sector-wide discussions.
This interactive event invites attendees to submit questions ahead of time, which will be answered by a panel of expert speakers from the Welsh Government, as well as leading voices from the voluntary and private sectors.
Among the highlights:
+ Tai Pawb, the equality and housing rights charity, will shine a spotlight on renters’ rights and share insights on the lived experiences of tenants in Wales.
+ Gareth Baglow from the Welsh government will outline commencement plans for renters’ rights and update delegates on the Rent Data Project.
+ David d’Orton-Gibson will offer expert guidance on one of the most pressing property management concerns: damp and mould.
+ Tim Thomas, Policy and Campaigns Officer at Propertymark, will cover other key industry developments and emerging policy themes.
+ Sarah Cullen from the Welsh Government Building Safety Team will provide the latest updates on safety regulations.
The session will conclude with a forward-looking discussion: ‘Rent Smart Wales – What Next?’, marking the 10th anniversary of the scheme that continues to shape the private rental landscape in Wales.
Tim Thomas, policy officer at Propertymark, commented: “It is a pleasure for Propertymark to continue to co-host the All-Wales Agent Forum and to work alongside Rent Smart Wales and the Welsh Government. These forums are an important opportunity for agents to connect with policy-makers and get the guidance they need to navigate change.”
