United Kingdom Sotheby’s International Realty appoints its youngest director in PCL

Jessica Moreton

United Kingdom Sotheby’s International Realty has hired Jessica Moreton as a consultant sales director, bolstering its established prime central London team.

Having closed over £25m in deals in the past year, Moreton joins United Kingdom Sotheby’s International Realty to focus on prime residential sales in Chelsea and Mayfair.

Over the past six years, Moreton has carved a niche for herself in London’s prime property industry. She helped spearhead and co-lead Winkworth’s New Homes division before joining Douglas & Gordon, where she swiftly rose to partner and earned multiple internal accolades.

Moreton steps into the role as the brokerage continues its strategic growth across London’s most prestigious postcodes marked by a series of high-profile hires and a commendable H1 performance.

Moreton said: “Property is never just about the sale; it’s about finding a home that truly reflects how someone wants to live. My focus has always been helping clients in Chelsea and Mayfair make choices that align with both their lifestyle and long-term goals. Joining United Kingdom Sotheby’s International Realty feels like a natural step for me, with its global reach, heritage and commitment to excellence. To be part of the team is an incredible honour, and I’m delighted to bring my passion for this market to its distinguished network and contribute to its continued success.”

Alex Isidro, MD of United Kingdom Sotheby’s International Realty, commented, “We’re pleased to welcome Jessica to the team. Her impressive track record, client-centric mindset and innovative sales approach, make her a natural fit. We’ve achieved remarkable growth over the past two years despite a challenging market, and her unique expertise will help us build on this momentum even further.”

Former head of estate agency at Coulters joins ESPC

Louisa Raistrick

ESPC has appointed Louisa Raistrick, head of estate agency at Coulters, as a non-executive director on to its board.

Her term is due to commence on 1st January 2026, subject to ratification at the ESPC AGM in November.

Raistrick brings over 20 years of experience in residential property within the Edinburgh and Lothians sector, as well as extensive knowledge of property valuation, marketing and purchase negotiation and estate agency software.

She will be the first non-solicitor ESPC estate agent to join the ESPC board, which has historically been comprised of solicitors from ESPC’s member firms and other leading business professionals with extensive experience in technology and marketing. Ms Raistrick’s appointment marks an important step in strengthening collaboration between the solicitor and estate agency sides of the business and reflects ESPC’s ongoing commitment to representing the full breadth of its membership.

Raistrick said: “I’m looking forward to working with the board and wider team to help support ESPC’s future direction and success.”

Paul Hilton, CEO of ESPC, commented: “She [Raistrick] brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the local property market, alongside a strong focus on innovation and client care.

“Louisa’s insights will be invaluable as ESPC continues to evolve and champion excellence across the solicitor estate agency network.”
