The winners of the LonRes Awards 2025 have been announced, with the winners presented with their accolades at a garden party in central London.
The awards, presented by Anthony Payne, managing director, and William Carrington, chairman of LonRes, were made to estate agency branches achieving the top sales and lettings recorded on LonRes over a 12-month period from the beginning of June 2024 to the end of May 2025.

- For the let of a property in St John’s Wood for £27,500 pw/£119,167 pm
- For the let of a property in Fulham for £11,000 pw/£47,677 pm
- For the let of a property in Kensington for £23,833 pw/£103,276 pm
