Silk Cloud, a cloud company based in the country of Georgia, has revealed plans to offer Nvidia Blackwell Ultra GPUs.

Elsewhere, UK-based Fuse Energy has also announced it is now offering GPU compute, starting with 128 Nvidia GPUs due online in December.

Silk Cloud, a subsidiary of Silknet and part of the Silk Road Group, is set to deploy HPE Nvidia HGX B300 systems at its data centers in Georgia.

The offering is targeting a launch date in 2027, once the company has obtained the “necessary permits.”

The number of GPUs set to be deployed has not been provided.

Giorgi Ramishvili, chairman of Silk Road Group, said: “This investment is the first step in creating capabilities that will help Georgia position itself in the emerging global AI economy and allow it to become part of the infrastructure on which this economy relies.”

David Mamulaishvili, CEO of Silknet, added: “Georgia should have the opportunity not only to use AI, but also to create it itself. This will contribute to the country’s competitiveness, the pace of innovation and the creation of new business opportunities. The introduction of the first Nvidia Blackwell Ultra system in Georgia is part of Silknet’s long-term strategy, which envisages promoting advanced digital and AI development and strengthening the company’s technological capabilities.”

Silknet is a telecommunications provider in Georgia, having operated since 2009. Silk Cloud was launched by the company in 2025 and offers cybersecurity, cloud systems, data management, and artificial intelligence implementation services to business organizations.

Silknet broke ground on a data center in Tbilisi, Georgia, in August 2026 for use by Silk Cloud. The data center will offer 2MW of compute capacity and be operational next year.

The data center will sit on top of Silknet’s national infrastructure, including more than 4,000 km (2,485 miles) of fiber backbone with cross-border connections into Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Turkey, and onward routes to Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

Fuse Energy adds GPU compute

Meanwhile, in the UK, Fuse Energy has announced “Fuse Compute,” an AI cloud offering.

Fuse Energy describes itself as a full-stack energy company aiming to lower the cost of energy and increase its availability.

Earlier this week, the company revealed that it would be deploying Nvidia GPUs in UK data centers that would be hosted and powered by Fuse.

In a LinkedIn post, Fuse wrote: “The hardest part of scaling compute today is getting power to the site, which is the part we already do. With 142MW of data center connections in the pipeline across 15 projects, compute is our next step. We have the infrastructure to deliver this to businesses globally.

“Our first 128 Nvidia GPUs are due online in December 2026, followed by 1,024 in Q2 2027.”

On Fuse Energy’s website, the company states that it will have 700kW of capacity live in December, followed by 3.25MW in Q2 of 2027. This then rapidly jumps to 22MW by Q4 2027, and 116MW in 2028 and beyond.

Like Silk Cloud, the company is opting for B300 GPUs.

Details about the data centers themselves, and who is operating the facilities, has not been provided.
