Hines sold more than 300 million euros Milan’s building Cordusio 2.0 to Japanese entrepreneur Tadashi Yanai who received assistance from JLL (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Bain&Co and Uniqlo are already renting the building. Francesco Bellorini and Ippolito de Strani built Cordusio 2.0 in 1892. Hines acquired it in 2016 from Sorgente for 120 – 130 million and ended the building’s renovation in 2018 with the support of Unicredit. In 2010, Sorgent purchased the asset from Fondiaria Sai.
Giardini Milano RE, a firm of Italian diamonds merchants David Nassimiha and Yassuf Nassimiha, paid 50 million euros for acquiring Milan’s (Via Marco De Marchi 3) iconic Villa Ci, a mansion that Italian renowned designers Gio Ponti and Pier Giulio Magistretti projected, from the Plodari – Minucci Family (see here a previous post by BeBeez). LCA Studio Legale and Studio Professionale e Tributario SPT assisted the buyers who aim to renovate Villa Ci ahead of a sale. Giuseppe Aloisi and Valeria Gallo acted as public notary. Barbara Camana, Erica Mazzarano and Roberto Cordani advised the vendor.
