Metalmeccanica Spaggiari, an Italian provider of solutions for lifting, transport and storage of materials, signed an agreement for selling a majority stake to Endeavour, a company that Lorenzo Mariani (ceo) and Alberto Lodini founded in 2024 (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Cristina Spaggiari, Luca Spaggiari, Mirko Spaggiari, and Ornella Spaggiari sold part of their holdings in the company and retained PwC TLS Avvocati e Commercialisti and Scouting Capital & Family Advisors. Endeavour hired Mantegari e Bologna Avvocati Associati. Metalmeccanica Spaggiari has sales of 5.7 million euros, an ebitda of 0.2 million and net cash of 0.06 million
Fox Innovation & Technologies (FOX), an industrial company that belongs to Bluewater, said it acquired Sirio Solutions Engineering (SSE) from its chairman Sergio Pazzi and other minority shareholders (see here a previous post by BeBeez). SSE has sales of 17.4 million euros, an ebitda of little above 0.3 million and a net financial debt of 7.5 million.
Sweden’s MotionTech, a portfolio company of Systematic Growth, acquired Italian Unitech, a producer of industrial machinery from Claudio Canazza and Renato Graziotin that will keep their management roles (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Giovannelli e Associati and Grant Thornton assisted MotionTech. Unitech retained PedersoliGattai and Gino Mario Socci. Louise Ringström Grandinson is the ceo of MotionTech.
