The US asset manager will distribute its products on the B2B private markets platform whose clients list includes Apollo, Blackstone, Carlyle, Franklin Templeton, Morgan Stanley IM, Blackstone, KKR, and JP Morgan AM
NYSE-listed alternative assets giant Ares Management Corporation joined Allfunds Private Partners (APP) of Allfunds, a B2B WealthTech platform for investment products (press release)
APP is born in July 2023 (see here a previous post by BeBeez) with the aim of providing a marketplace and a distribution network with better access to private markets to clients and funds. In 2023, Allfunds launched Allfunds Alternative Solutions for allowing distributor to handle more easily the alternative funds. Apollo, Blackstone, Carlyle, Franklin Templeton, and Morgan Stanley Investment Management have been early joiners while Blackrock and KKR followed later. JP Morgan Asset Management recently joined APP (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Allfunds aims to meet the growing demand for private assets of global financial products distribution networks (BeBeez Magazine n. 9 24 June and a previous post by BeBeez).
Ares Wealth Management Solutions, a scalable platform, is born in 2021 for granting access to private markets and training to financial advisors and their clients. Ares will be able to leverage the technology ecosystem and extensive network of distributors on Allfunds and offer its wealth solutions to a broader and more diverse base of individual investors globally.
Ares will benefit from the expertise of APP programme’s team and support for extending its reach and make its alternative investment solutions available to a wider network of global retail and professional investors.
