Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Valedo on its sale of BRP Systems to Nordic Capital, which has agreed to acquire a majority stake in the company and will support its sustainable growth through the further development of its platform and targeted European expansion.
Valedo is an independent Swedish investment company investing in high quality small/mid-cap companies in the Nordic region. BRP Systems is a leading provider of gym and membership management systems to the Nordic fitness industry, serving more than 2,500 facilities mainly in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland and Iceland.
Sweden-based private equity investor Nordic Capital focuses on sectors including healthcare, technology & payments, financial services and services & industrial technology. Since 1989, it has made 145 investments with a combined value of €25 billion.
