London’s real estate group Omnam, a firm that Israeli investor David Zisser founded in 2011, received from UniCredit a mid-long term financing facility of 27.5 million euros (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Omnam will invest such proceeds in refurbishing Villa Camerata, a FLorence-based complex, and convert it in Hotel Baccarat. DLA Piper assisted Omnam while Dentons advised UniCredit.
IVCP, a renewable energy subsidiary of Gruppo Vigorito, received from Banco BPM a 17.7 million euros financing facility with a 15 years tenure (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Oreste Vigorito is the chairman and founder of IVPC which will invest these proceeds in the development and maintenance of a wind farm based in the Southern Italian region of Basilicata. IVCP has sales of 72.2 million, an ebitda of 60.3 million and net cash of 33.9 million.
ABC Company, a Milan-listed B-corp permanent capital vehicle, launched the fundraising for the issuance of a convertible bond of up to 8.16 million euros with a 2% coupon and maturing on 31 December 2023 (see here a previous post by BeBeez). ABC will invest the proceeds in the financing of business combinations and club deals that will target Italian SMEs. ABC is acting as a pre-booking company. The bondholders may opt for the redemption in kind of their investments and get one or more financial instruments of a target company. Alternatively, they may convert each of their bonds in 1500 A shares of ABC Company for an implied price of 3.4 euros.
CRS Impianti, a builder of civil and industrial installations, issued an ESG-linked minibond of 3 million euros maturing in 5 years that UniCredit subscribed and for which Mediocredito Centrale provided the warranty (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The company committed to receive a Rating ESG in three months and to improve it during the tenure of the bond. This issuance is the first of the Missione Salute programme of Unicredit. CRS has sales of 49.2 million, an ebitda of 4.4 million and a net financial debt of 17.2 million.
Axore, an Italian online retailer of refurbished IT and smartphones, issued a one million euros minibond and placed it through the Crowdbond section of Opstart (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The bond pays a coupon of 7.5% and has a 36 months maturity. Fondo di Garanzia Pmi provided a warranty for 80% of the amout. The least investment ticket is of 0.1 million. Cosvim Advice assisted Axore, a business that belongs to Francesco Zacheo. The company has revenues of 26 million, a 1.125 million ebitda and net cash of 1.16 million.
