Develhope, a startup that provides coding courses free of enrolment charge, raised 6 million euros from CDP Venture Capital, OPES Italia and SEFEA Impact (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The company will invest such resources in its international expansion in Europe and Africa. Develhope already operates in Turkey, Spain and Kenya. The firm will also develop two further business lines: upskilling and reskilling. Massimiliano Costa, Alessandro Balsamo and Sasa Sekulic founded Develhope in 2019. The startup has sales of 0.418 million, an ebitda of minus 0.494 million and net cash of 0.442 million.
Repron Therapeutics, an Italian biotech startup, raised seed resources of 2 million euros from lead investor Claris Ventures, Ospedale San Raffaele and Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche (CNR) (see here a previous post by BeBeez). McDermott, Will & Emery assisted Claris Ventures, while Bird & Bird advised Ospedale San Raffaele. Repron Therapeutics is a spin-off of Ospedale San Raffaele (Osr) and CNR that Vania Broccoli and Alessandro Sessa founded.
Phoenix Capital Iniziative di Sviluppo, a consultancy firm for the banking, insurance and fintech sectors, said it invested in IlBroker.it, an Italian financial newswire that ceo Mirko Odepemko founded in 2016 (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Giulio Fezzi is the chairman of Phoenix.
Gruppo Alpha Test, an Italian EduTech player of which White Bridge Investments owns 80.5%, acquired ADC, a digital provider of tuition support services (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Alpha Test retained as advisors Giovannelli e Associati and Athena Associati. ADC received assistance from ADM Associati. Alessandro de Concini founded ADC in 2021. The target has sales of 0.824 million euros, an ebitda of 0.246 million and net cash of 0.316 million.
Stellantis Ventures, the 300 million euros corporate venture capital of the eponymous automotive group, invested 100 million in ten startups and a venture capital with focus on mobility (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Ned Curic is the Chief Technology Officer of Stellantis. The fund invested in:

NetZero, a company specialising in the long-term removal of carbon from the atmosphere through the transformation of agricultural residues into biochar, which is compatible with agricultural soils and can improve their yields and reduce the need for fertilisers. The fund invested in the 11 million round that the company launched in February 2023.
Nauto, a provider of AI-based safety systems for commercial fleets.
Trails Offroad, a provider of off-road patterns in USA and Canada compatible with Jeep‘s Uconnect system.
Viaduct, An AI-based platform for the maintenance of vehicles.
Geoflex, a provider of satellite positioning enhancement technology that launched a 6 million round in March 2023.
Envisics, a provider of dynamic holographic technologies, applications for augmented reality head-up displays (AR-HUD) and automotive sensor systems that launched a 50 million US Dollars round in 2023.
