Italian non listed companies or their non listed foreign parent companies issued about 4.6 billion euros in private debt this year. Issues were 65 by 60 different issuers, MF Milano Finanza wrote last weekend anticipating BeBeez‘s 9 months 2017 Private Debt Report.
Name of investors has been disclosed just in some cases for a total of 30 different investors, 20 of which were private debt funds. In whole year 2016 there were 90 issues by 80 different issuers for a total of 4.2 billion euros ( see here BeBeez’s 2016 Private Debt Report).
