Zobele Group, a world player in the field of air care and pest control with headquarters in Trento (Northern Italy), refinanced its debt including a 180 million euros bond maturing in one year thanks to a 210 million euros sindacated loan issued by Interbanca, Hsbc, Natixis e Unicredit.
Zobele had issued its bond in January  2013 in order to refinance a loan facility  that was issued in 2006 to support a buyout by Doughty Hanson. The latter, through the newco Z Beta sarl, acquired then a 75.6% stake in the company from the Zobele family. In the meantime a 146,5 million euros shareholder loan was swapped into equity.
The bond was listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, was paying a 7.875% fixed coupon and had maturity on Februray 1st 2018 with a call option every February 1st, starting from 2015. So the bond was called last February 1st at par.
Z Beta sarl reached 231,7 million euros in revenues in the 9 months ending on Sept. 30th 2016 (from 236.7 millions in the 9 months 2015), a 36.07 million euros ebitda (from 34.6 millions), a 2.8 million euros net profit(from 600k euros of net loss) and a 132.9 million euros net financial debt (from 137 millions). The group reached 320.4 million euros in revenues in 2015 (after 280.7 million s in 2014, when it recorded a drop from 331.9 millions fo 2013), a 46 millions ebitda (from 40 millions in 2014 and 44 millions in 2013) and a net financial debt of 137 millions (from 136.7 millions in 2014 and 138.9 millions in 2013).
