Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Dott and its parent company Tier Mobility SE on the issuance of senior secured floating rate bonds due 2029.

The net proceeds of the bonds were used to refinance Dott’s existing financing arrangements and will also fund investments in new e-scooters and e-bikes, supporting its growth in sustainable transportation.

Dott is a leading European micromobility provider, offering a fleet of more than 250,000 e-scooters and e-bikes to more than ten million users in over 400 cities across 21 countries in Europe and the Middle East.

The White & Case team advising on the transaction was led by partner Michael Bark-Jones (Stockholm) and included partners Daniel Turgel, Angus Nunn (both London) and Dennis Heuer (Frankfurt), local partner Johannes Goossens (Frankfurt) and associates Carl Runesson, Daniel Agnemyr, Vilhelm Oxhammar, Nicklas Sjölund (all Stockholm) and Bernhard Gaertner (Frankfurt).
