Nvidia’s GTC Berlin keynote was disrupted by protesters.
CEO Jensen Huang was midway through outlining the Vera Rubin platform a quarter of the way into the showcase when what appeared to be Greenpeace activists.
They heckled the CEO, shouting “What are you doing about the environmental destruction?” and calling out claims that Nvidia hardware was being found in Russian drones used in Ukraine.

They heckled the CEO, shouting “What are you doing about the environmental destruction?” and calling out claims that Nvidia hardware was being found in Russian drones used in Ukraine.
The protestors were quickly ushered out and their banner, which read “Nvidia, clean up your dirty business,” was confiscated.
Huang told security staff to “go easy” on the activists, saying, “Give her a chance. Everybody has a chance to say something.”
As they were being escorted out, the CEO said he would “talk to you guys later” and that the points they raised were “all important issues, but let me get through my keynote.”
Nvidia Jetson Orin embedded modules have been reportedly found in downed Russian drones by the Ukrainian military – hardware Russia should not have access to due to sanctions imposed following its illegal invasion of Ukraine.
