Milan-listed ENI and Ares Management completed the shareholding restructuring of Plenitude that launched a 1.56 billion euros non-proportional capital increase (Ares subscribed 1.08 billion, ENI 480 million) (see here a previous post by BeBeez). French ZE Energy acquired Italian BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) project Elena from UK’s Aura Power (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The stand-alone battery storage facility has a grid connection capacity of 200 MW and a total storage of over 1 GWh.
