Save the date! Oxy Capital, Invitalia and their undisclosed co-investors confirmed with the Ministry for Business and Made in Italy (Mimit) their 115 million euros worth relaunch proposal for troubled Milan-listed fashion firm Aeffe, the owner of the brands Alberta Ferretti, Moschino and Pollini (see here a previous post by BeBeez). A new meeting at Mimit will take place on 4 November, Sunday. Aeffe also attracted the interest of Liora.
ARC Real Estate set Solaris SPV and carried on a securitization of real estate assets-backed NPEs issuing digital and blockchain asset backed securities for 2.95 million euros available to professional non-institutional investors (see here a previous post by BeBeez). On 12 August, Wednesday, the spv purchased, for consideration and without recourse, a portfolio of non-performing loans from Banca di Credito Cooperativo di Rivarolo Mantovano, part of Gruppo Bancario Cooperativo Iccrea, BeBeez data say. Centotrenta Servicing is the securitization’s master servicer. ARC Real Estate carries out the management, administration and recovery of debts, including through both judicial and extrajudicial means. Greenberg Traurig, Weltix and BlockInvest act as deal advisors.
Frederik Geertman resigned as ceo of Milan-listed Banca Ifis (see here a previous post by BeBeez). On 23 September, Wednesday, Banca d’Italia included the firm in a priority monitoring list, prior to the imposition of formal and coercive sanctions.
