Helsinki-based creator marketing platform Boksi has acquired German influencer and talent management agency Goodlife Management in an eight-figure transaction that the companies describe as the largest known acquisition in Germany’s influencer market. The deal gives Boksi full ownership of Goodlife, which represents around 30 beauty and lifestyle creators in the German-speaking market and has worked with brands including L’Oréal and LVMH. Boksi provides software for managing creator campaigns, including planning, analytics and payments, while Goodlife has operated as a traditional talent management agency since 2017. Following the acquisition, Goodlife’s creators and brand relationships will be integrated with Boksi’s platform, while the agency will continue operating from Monheim am Rhein. Goodlife founder Armin Danesh will remain as Managing Director and will become a shareholder in Boksi’s parent company, Boksi Solutions Oy. The transaction is Boksi’s third acquisition in Germany, following deals for influencer GmbH in 2024 and For You Agency in 2025.

Boksi is a Helsinki-based creator marketing technology company founded in 2018 by Lasse Laaksonen, Tomer Atzmon and Linus Lindgård. The company develops software for brands, agencies and creators to manage influencer marketing campaigns, covering areas such as campaign planning, creator selection, content management, performance tracking and payments. Its platform is designed to automate administrative and reporting tasks involved in running creator campaigns, while Boksi Wallet is used to process payments to creators. The company has around 50 employees and operates across Finland and Germany, with its DACH headquarters in Hamburg. Boksi is backed by investors including 3TS Capital, Trind Ventures and Nexit Ventures.

Lasse Laaksonen, CEO and co-founder of Boksi, said: “Goodlife has built something rare — a roster of genuinely excellent creators and a reputation brands trust. What we add is the platform and the technology to grow that further and faster. Putting Goodlife’s talent and partnerships on top of Boksi’s software is how we think the next phase of creator marketing gets built: less manual work, faster execution, and more value flowing back to creators.”

Goodlife Management GmbH is a German talent and influencer management agency founded in 2017 and headquartered in Monheim am Rhein, between Düsseldorf and Cologne. The company exclusively represents around 30 beauty and lifestyle creators in the German-speaking market, with individual audiences ranging from approximately 100,000 to three million followers. Goodlife manages commercial partnerships between its talent and brands and has worked on more than 1,000 campaigns for companies including L’Oréal and LVMH. In addition to campaign management, the agency works with its creators on developing and launching creator-owned products and brands. Following its acquisition by Boksi, Goodlife continues to operate from Monheim am Rhein under founder and Managing Director Armin Danesh.

Armin Danesh, Managing Director of Goodlife Management, said: “For our creators and our team, this is a step up, not a change of direction — the same people and the same relationships, with a much bigger toolkit behind them. I’ve spent years watching my team spend hours on work that software should be doing. Boksi’s AI-powered platform takes a huge amount of that off the table — campaign setup, reporting, payments — so we can put our energy where an agency actually earns its keep: the creative and the relationships.”

The combination pairs Boksi’s software — which automates much of the manual work in planning, running, and measuring creator campaigns — with Goodlife’s talent relationships and brand partnerships. Boksi’s platform sits at the centre of the combined business; Goodlife’s talent and craft now build on top of it.

For creators, the change is concrete. Goodlife’s talent gains access to Boksi’s platform, where campaign performance is tracked automatically — removing the manual screenshotting of analytics that creators and agencies still rely on — and where fast payouts run through Boksi Wallet, in an industry where payment terms of 60 days or more remain common.

Boksi has acquired 100% of Goodlife’s shares, and through the transaction founder Armin Danesh also becomes a shareholder in Boksi’s parent company, Boksi.com Solutions Oy. He continues to lead Goodlife as Managing Director and joins the leadership of the combined group. Goodlife remains firmly rooted in Monheim am Rhein.
