Entravel Group, a travel infrastructure company founded by Danish entrepreneur Mathias Lundoe Nielsen, has raised $7.5 million in a round co-led by Ethereal Ventures and Finality Capital, with participation from GSR, Varrock, G1 Ventures, Seier Capital, Veris Ventures, Funfair Ventures and WTG Ventures. Entravel provides white-label travel booking infrastructure, allowing companies such as fintechs and digital platforms to offer hotel bookings under their own brands. The company has built more than 40 such platforms, including for Kraken, MetaMask and KuCoin. It will use the new funding to increase its supplier credit facilities, support higher booking volumes and develop a stablecoin-enabled layer for settlement and working capital.
A traveller sees one search box. Behind it, travel companies are often pulling available rooms, prices and hotel information from multiple suppliers whose systems do not work well together. This complexity is holding the industry back: 38% of travel management companies identify outdated technology, poor integrations and fragmented supply and content as a major barrier to growth.
Entravel Group solves this problem through three connected businesses that together power the white-label travel infrastructure partners need to offer booking services under their own brands.
“Across our live white-label platforms, users can save up to 60% on selected hotels, while average booking conversion rates are above 10%, compared with an industry benchmark of approximately 1–3%,” said Mathias Lundoe Nielsen, Founder and CEO of Entravel Group. “Our model brings together every part of the booking process. MocatravelX works directly with hotels to secure rooms and negotiated rates. Ratestellar combines this inventory with supply from other sources, giving partners access to more than 2.2 million hotels. Its AI-powered mapping identifies matching hotels and room types across suppliers, helping travel companies access cleaner data and competitive rates without building and maintaining multiple integrations. Entravel then turns this hotel supply and technology into a ready-to-use stack.”
Entravel Group built its infrastructure ahead of a major shift in travel distribution: booking is no longer confined to travel websites. As hotels and other travel services move into super-apps, fintech products and digital platforms, companies with established audiences are using travel to generate new revenue and deepen customer engagement. Entravel Group’s white-label infrastructure lets them launch travel services under their own brands without having to build a travel business from scratch. The company already powers Brands for Employees, Switzerland’s largest employee benefits platform (driven by Digt AG), whose partners include 2,500+ employers, such as UBS, Swisscom, SBB and Julius Bär, demonstrating that its infrastructure is already gaining traction beyond crypto.
“As global online travel bookings approach $1.2 trillion in 2026, the need for modern, scalable distribution infrastructure is becoming increasingly important,” said Joseph Lubin, Ethereum co-founder and Chairman of Ethereal Ventures. “Entravel Group has already demonstrated that its technology can power travel products for some of the world’s largest digital platforms. By taking a model proven across the crypto ecosystem into the broader travel market, the company has the potential to become an important infrastructure layer for the industry.”
AI is making it easier to search, compare and plan travel, but turning a recommendation into a confirmed booking remains far more complex. Completing a transaction requires live inventory, accurate pricing, structured data, supplier connectivity and reliable booking systems.
Entravel Group’s product suite includes an AI-native MCP interface designed to connect AI agents with its travel data and booking infrastructure. Together with Ratestellar’s AI-powered mapping and normalized hotel content, this positions the group to support AI-driven travel commerce as it moves from trip planning towards transactions.
“With 61% of travel companies already testing or scaling agentic AI, the technology is moving firmly onto the industry’s product roadmaps,” said Adam Winnick, Founder of Finality Capital. “The next step is giving AI agents reliable access to transaction-ready travel supply. Entravel Group is building the connective layer designed to turn traveller intent into confirmed bookings.”
