IDeA CCR, part of Green Arrow Capital, and the Pieralisi Family sold 70% of Pieralisi MAIP to the Special Situations fund of Ver Capital, a vehicle of Sienna IM (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Andrea Pescatori launched VER that also subscribed a 16 million euros of Pieralisi which previously belonged to Idea CCR (51%) and Gabriele Pieralisi with his Family. Luca Maran is a Managing Director of IDeA CCR. Aldino Zeppelli is the ceo of Pieralisi.
