Francesco Canzonieri is the founder of Nextalia that retained Grant Thornton and CRCCD. Datapizza received assistance from Orrick and Studio Associato Omnia. Pierpaolo D’Odorico (ceo), Alessandro Risaro and Giacomo Ciarlini founded Datapizza in 2022. Fiammetta Mataloni is the investment director of Nextalia Venture. ORiS, a Turin wireless laser power transmission for space and dual-use applications startup, attracted pre‑seed resources of 4.5 million euros from lead investors Earlybird Venture Capital and Pitchdrive, Galaxia – Cdp Venture Capital, Vento Ventures, and Fondo PiemonteNext – Cdp Venture Capital (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The company will invest such proceeds in its organic growth and proprietary technology. ORiS previously received the incubation support of I3P – Turin Polytechnic University and a 0.5 million grant from the Piedmont Region. Andrea Villa (ceo), Anna Mauro, Domenico Edoardo Sfasciamuro, and Francesco Lopez founded ORiS in 2024. Frédéric du Bois‑Reymond is a Venture Partner of Earlybird. Koen Christiaens is a Managing Partner of Pitchdrive.
Talentware attracted seed resources of 3.3 million euros from lead investor CDP Venture Capital and 360 Capital that doubled its investment after it led the 0.8 million pre-seed funding round in March 2024 after which followed two closing of 0.24 million, sources said to BeBeez (see here a previous post by BeBeez). New Gate (a vehicle of Enzo Filippini), Cenciarini & Co, 035 Investimenti, Luca Bitonto, Maria Elena Cappello, Luciano Carbone, Francesco Cameroni, Marco Gafforini, Paola Generali, Enrico Giacomelli, Matteo Melchiorri, Giuseppe Soda, Pierluigi Serlenga, Roberto Prioreschi, Simone Vesco, and Gabriele Zappa also poured resources in this seed round for which Milano Notai acted as public notary and Portolano Cavallo as the company’s legal advisor. The company will invest such proceeds in team growth, product development and geographical expansion across Europe. Talentware raised 5 million since Giacomo Marchiori (ceo), Ismet Balihodzic (cpo) and Andrea Raimondo (coo) founded it in 2023 and received the incubation support of Los Angeles Bain Founder Studio. Francesco Zambelli is an investor of 360 Capital.
In-LireB-Corp, the Italian developer of a complementary currency compensation scheme for businesses, attracted little below 0.88 million euros SAFE (Simple agreement for future equity) resources and said it will launch an equity crowdfunding campaign on Mamacrowd on 28 July, Tuesday, after a coming soon stage that is active since 14 July, Tuesday (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Sources said to BeBeez that In-Lire aims to raise 0.55 – 1 million. RoundCapital assisted the company for the Safe deal that attracted the resources of Acquaviva and Roma Formazione, part of Multiversitas Holding. Chairman Romi Fuke founded In-Lire in 2016. The firm will invest the equity crowdfunding and SAFE resources in its proprietary technology and organic growth. Giuseppe Scapola is the ceo of RoundCapital.
Italian Founders Fund (IFF), a vehicle that Koinos Capital manages, raised more than 100 million euros, above the initial 60 million target (see here a previous post by BeBeez).
