Pride in Property will return in 2026, bringing together property businesses and industry professionals in support of LGBTQIA+ inclusion across the real estate sector.
The networking and fundraising event will take place on Thursday 4 June at One Ninety Four Piccadilly in London, marking the start of the capital’s Pride season.
The event is aimed at LGBTQIA+ professionals and allies working across the property industry, with a focus on inclusion, awareness and industry engagement.
Since launching in 2024, Pride in Property has attracted more than 1,000 attendees across its previous events.
This year’s event will support Switchboard, the UK-based LGBTQIA+ helpline and support charity. Funds raised during the event will go towards the organisation’s services.
Industry partners supporting the initiative include Berkeley Group, British Land, CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, CWG, Grosvenor, JLL, Knight Frank, Lendlease, Related Argent, Savills and The Crown Estate. Freehold LGBT+ will return as network partner, with LCA acting as communications partner.
The event programme will include networking and entertainment, hosted by drag performers Aeliana and Luna, known as The IT Twinz.
Laura Sears, Pride Network chair at British Land and co-chair of Pride in Property, said: “Pride in Property represents a genuine milestone for our industry, made possible by the partnerships and shared commitment behind it. Bringing organisations together in this way helps amplify voices, share best practice and drive real progress, reinforcing the role our sector can play in creating more inclusive, welcoming places for all.”
