Draper London, an estate agency launched in September last year, has set out plans to open up to five additional London offices over the next three to five years and to hire up to 20 staff over the next 12–18 months.

The business is led by founder and managing director Craig Draper, formerly a partner at Knight Frank, alongside non-executive chairman David Pollock. Its head office is in W9 at 24 Bristol Gardens.

The agency provides residential sales, lettings, property management and new homes services. It also operates a Private Clients division focused on higher-value transactions, including sales, lettings and acquisitions across both open market and off-market opportunities.

From its W9 office, Draper London currently covers Central, North-West and West London. It is considering a second office in Hampstead, with further locations planned across the same areas as part of its expansion strategy.

The firm expects to recruit across all levels of seniority over the next 12–18 months, including roles to support future office openings and departmental growth.

Since opening, Draper London reports it has completed around £30 million in property sales across its core London markets. It has also secured several lettings instructions and landlord portfolio mandates, including a portfolio of more than 20 properties in Maida Vale and another London investment portfolio where it has sold a number of units on behalf of the client.

David Pollock

Craig Draper began working in the London property market in 2007. During his career at Knight Frank, he became the youngest partner in the Marylebone office at the time and later served as partner and office head in Hampstead.

David Pollock previously served as managing director of Greene & Co, which expanded into a multi-office agency before its sale to Countrywide.

Draper said: “Draper London has grown dramatically in just a few months, based on our guiding ethos that every instruction deserves the very best marketing and promotion, regardless of list price. We have bold and exciting expansion plans and see the next few years as a period of huge opportunity for both Draper London and the London real estate market which remains a good long-term investment and an island of stability in an turbulent and uncertain world.”

Pollock added: “We have a clear strategy to expand across the capital, but from the outset this is being done carefully and without compromising standards. Craig Draper and I share a vision and strong belief that whilst estate agency is a people business at its core, the use of advanced technology, data and digital marketing is essential for achieving strong exposure, informed and streamlined decision making and consistently improved outcomes for clients.”
