White & Case advises Aareal Bank on initial data center financing and entry into new asset class

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Aareal Bank on its initial financing of a data center, expanding its product portfolio to include a new asset class.

Aareal Bank provided a €160 million loan for the acquisition of the Frankfurt I Data Center in Mörfelden-Walldorf by the Goodman Group, acting as Arranger, Facility Agent and Security Agent.
