AM, a subsidiary of high end toursim and leisure firm Gruppo Arsenale, the owner ofRome’s Hotel Orient Express – La Minerva, received a 150 million euros financing facility from UniCredit which retained GOP (see here a previous post by BeBeez). AM hired Linklaters and will invest such proceeds in its organic growth.Orient Express La Minerva is close to Rome’s iconic monument Pantheon and has 93 rooms (36 suites).
Italpizza, a food company that Cristian Pederzin founded, attracted 10-years bilateral 58 million euros financing facilities from UniCredit, Banco BPM, Bper, and CDP for which SACE provided a warranty (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The company will invest such resources in its organic growth. Andrea Bondioli is the coo of Italpizza which has sales of 355 million, an ebitda of 31.4 million and net debts of 30 million. Andrea Burchi is the Unicredit’s regional manager for the Centre-North of Italy. Milo Bertoni is the senior relationship manager of SACE.
Clessidra Factoring issued a 36-months Milan-listed 50 million euros bond with six-monthly coupons pay a floating rate of 2.60% + 6MEuribor (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Banca Finint and BPER Banca placed the bond that could increase buy a further 50 million as it attracted the keen interest of investors while Chiomenti acted as legal advisor. The. The firm will invest such proceeds in raise funding for supporting Italian SMEs in distress and supporting its 2025-2029 business plan that set 25% ROE and a 35% cost/income as targets.
