White & Case advises Creative Artists Agency on acquisition of Portas Consulting

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised CAA Sports, a division of leading entertainment and sports agency Creative Artists Agency (CAA), on its acquisition of Portas Consulting, a premier global management consulting firm.

Founded in 1975, CAA has global expertise in filmed and live entertainment, digital media, publishing, sponsorship sales and endorsements, media finance, consumer investing, fashion, brand management and consumer product licensing, and philanthropy. CAA is headquartered in Los Angeles, with offices in major cities around the world.

Founded in 2006, Portas Consulting consistently ranks among the top sports management consulting firms, providing its clients in the sector with a more tailored and specialist service and deeper subject matter expertise than the generalist management consultancies. Portas Consulting operates through its offices in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Japan and the UK.
