Confidi Sistema! acquired Cooperativa Artigiana di Garanzia di Lecco, Cooperativa Artigiana di Garanzia di Brescia, Creditfidi, and Sinvest (see here a previous post by BeBeez). After such a deal, the MSMEs that are associate of Confidi Systema! amount to 93000 for credit warranties worht 15.3 million euros.
Ver Capital, an European corporate credit firm that belongs to Sienna Investment Managers, said it reached a first closing of 100 million euros for its Special Situations fund that aims to get resources for 300 million (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The vehicle aims to close twelve deals in eight years and will target companies in distress with revenues of at least 50 millioni.
