Cherry Bank, an Italian investor in NPEs that Giovanni Bossi heads, carried on the structuring of Cherry Blossom, a securitization for purchasing specialized financing credits that the Special Situations unit of the bank originated (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The vehicle laready placed with instituttional investors a 30 million euros worth portfolio of performing credits of companies on their way back to bonis and issued mono-tranche partly paid notes.
CASE Corporate Finance and Milan’s advisor for M&A and NPEs Cassiopea Partners merged and created CASE Cassiopea (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Marcus Bär, Marc Philipp Becker, Nicolas de Canecaude, Damien Segond, and Stefano Trentino will head the firm that has bureaus in Milan, Paris and Frankfurt. CASE Cassiopea holds strategic partnerships with ABN Amro Bank in the BeNeLux area, with PK Partners in the Nordic countries and with MAP Alliance in America and in Spain.
