Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised carwow on its Series E funding round.
The round was led by global venture capital firm Bessemer Venture Partners, with participation from existing investors including Accel, Balderton, Episode 1 and Vitruvian.
carwow is an online car-changing marketplace and creator of car content. The new funding will be used by carwow to accelerate its growth across the UK, Germany and Spain.
The White & Case team which advised on the transaction was led by partners Helen Pantelides and Dan Turgel (London) and included partners Will Smith, Nicholas Greenacre, Kristen DiLemmo (all London) and Scott Fryman (New York), counsel Trevor Currie (Chicago) and associates Sofia Rautavuori and Esme Wong (both London).
