French Data4, a company that belongs to Brookfield Infrastructure since 2023, allocated 2 billion euros for the development of ESG-compliant campus data center in Italy (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Data4 reportedly raised 2.2 billion worth financing facilities from BNP Paribas, Natixis, ABN Amro, and Deutsche Bank. Data4 will refurbish a campus in Milan and will develop campus MIL02, a 500 million worth project that will start in 2025.
Ceas, an Italian contractor, will move its headquarted in Milan’s Metrocomplex (Via Tolmezzo 15), an above 21000 sqms business park that belongs to Castello, an investor that belongs to Anima Holding (80%) and Oaktree Global Management (20%) (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Ceas will rent offices of 900 sqms and belongs to Patrizia Polenghi (chairwoman – 11.91%), Bruno Finzi (50%), Giovanni Canetta (22.62%), and other minority owners. The company has sales of 6.5 million euros, an ebitda in the region of 0.4 million and a net financial debt of 0.130 million.
Svicom spa società benefit, a proptech company, acquired a property and building management unit of Intesa srl that has 17 assets for social housing (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Svicom will manage the portfolio and carry on the maintenance of the assets that have a total surface of 56000 sqms. Letizia Cantini, the general manager of Svicom said that the company aims to carry on further acquisitions.
