Inps, Gruppo Cdp, Policlinico Gemelli, and InvestiRE (Gruppo Banca Finnat) launched Spazio Blu, a senior housing project for people aged over 65 that are still autonomous (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Valeria Vittimberga (the coo of Inps), Giancarlo Scotti (CDP Real Asset), Dario Valentino (ceo of InvestiRe), Marco Elefanti (Fondazione Universitaria Agostino Gemelli), and Stefano Costa (ceo of Gemelli a Casa) signed a memorandum of understanding for this 130 million euros worth project (100 million asset value and 30 million for refurbishing works). Inps, the Italian pension institure, will contribute with real estate assets; CDP Real Asset will support the refurbishing works, Policlinico Gemelli and Gemelli a Casa will supply telemedicine services, and Investire will manage the fund.
Juno, a real estate fund for the logistic sector in which Blackstone invested and that Kryalos manages, said it acquired two Rome area’s assets for a total of 18000 sqms (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Kryalos said that an undisclosed logistic company is renting the buildings. Gianluca Vairani is the Kryalos senior managing director Transaction Management & head of ESG.
