White & Case advises Jefferies on US$940 million combination of Ithaca Energy with Italian oil major Eni’s UK upstream assets

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Jefferies, as Sponsor and Financial Advisor to leading UK independent oil and gas producer Ithaca Energy, on its US$940 million combination with Italian oil major Eni’s UK upstream oil and gas assets.
