Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Pollen Street Capital (PSC) on its intended acquisition and combination of niiio finance group AG, fundsaccess AG, FundHero SA, FinTecc LLC and MiFID-Recorder GmbH.
As part of the transaction, a significant majority of investors in niiio, including senior management, agreed to roll-over into the new group holding company. Key shareholders of fundsaccess, FundHero, FinTecc and MiFID-Recorder will also reinvest in the new group. niiio is currently listed on the Duesseldorf and Frankfurt Stock Exchanges. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals.
PSC is a private capital asset manager with more than £4.2 billion assets under management across private equity and credit strategies on behalf of investors including public and corporate pension funds, insurance companies, sovereign wealth funds, endowments and foundations, asset managers, banks and family offices from around the world.
