Italian credit recovery company Next Generation Collection carried on a securitization of non-performing exposures with gross book value in the region of 450 million euros through SPV Project 2301, a vehicle that Zenith Service created (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The SPV issued asset-backed notes that institutional investor subscribed. Zenith Service belongs since 2016 to Arrow Global. PwC TLS advised Next Generation Collection.
Green Arrow Private Debt II (GAPD II) said it reached its second closing worth above 90 million euros ahead of a fundraising target of 150 million (see here a previous post by BeBeez). GAPD II is compliant with Article 8 of Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR).
In 1H23, Italian private debt funds, invested 1.328 billion euros (-7% yoy – 1.433 billion), said a report of AIFI, CDP and Deloitte (see here the slide presentation of Alessia Muzio, head of AIFI research) (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The 1H23 fundraising amounts to 316 million (-23% from 1H22 – 410 million, see here the slide presentation for 1H22).
