Crédit Agricole CIB and ING Bank provided AEW with reources of 150 million euros (see here a previous post by BeBeez). AEW manages the Italian portfolio of Logistis and retained Molinari Agostinelli and Chiomenti while Legance assisted the lenders. The fund implements core, manage-to-core and build-to-core strategies.
Yeldo, a real estate fundraising company, raised 5 million euros for the acquisition of a logistic asset in the former Monza e Brianza’s Snia industrial area (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Qualified investors joined the round with tickets of at least 0.1 million. Gruppo MG Sviluppo will carry on the site’s requalification. The Snia area is of 560000 sqms and further restyling projects will take place. Lorenzo Belloni is the chief onvestment officer of Yeldo Group.
Europa Risorse received a 40 million euros green loan from Unicredit for financing the acquisition of a land in Turin area for the development of a 62200 sqms logistic asset (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Osborne Clarke assisted Unicredit. Europa Risorse, which hired Simmons & Simmons, will carry on the acquisition and the development through ER Logistics Fund 5 a vehicle that attracted the resources of PineBridge Benson Elliot.
