German real estate firm ECE, an asset of the Otto Family, will invest more than 65 million euros for developing a Rome-based residential project between 2024 and 2026 (see here a previous post by BeBeez). ECE said to BeBeez that such Rome’s west area 45000 sqms project includes the development of six building with 160 apartments. Henrie W. Kötter is the ceo of ECE Work & Live, the unit that will develop the project.
P3 Logistic Parks, a Prague-based developer of logistic sites that belongs to GIC, acquired a 160000 sqms area based in Cittadella’s (Padua) Zitac complex (see here a previous post by BeBeez). P3 will carry on the greenfield developement a big warehouse. The firm appointed as advisors MATLEY, Studio SAP, DILS, and Prelios Agency. Andrea Amoretti is the managing director of P3 Italia.
Alternative Capital Partners (ACP) signed a joint venture with Green Utility, a renewable energy company for financing the development of 4 photovoltaic plants with a total power of 50 MW (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Source said to BeBeez that the capex of two of the plants is worth 5.5 million euros. Smart Green has 84.43% of Green Utility which has sales of 5.2 million, an ebitda of 0.757 million and a net financial debt of 0.611 million.
Kairos Alps, an energy company that belongs to Alto Garda Servizi (40%), ACSM (40%) and FT Energia (20%), acquired Open Piemonte, a vehicle that owns a project for a 14.75 MW photovoltaic plant ready to build in the Piedmont region (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Gianni & Origoni assisted the vendors W Energy GmbH and Operation Energy. Kairos Alps retained L&B Partners Avvocati Associati. Franco Matteotti is the chairman of AGS while Ruggero Moser is the company’s coo.
